Flags to be Replaced

I would say, in terms of what is a good and proper use of taxpayers money, about zero would be the right amount to allocate.

Because, sadly, of the way that the Union and England flags have been co-opted by right-wing, anti-immigrant, racist groups as symbols of their ideology.
