At one time prostitution was illegal, and many were prosecuted for it.
But paying for sex, i.e. the procurer of the offence was not illegal, neither was kerb crawling, soliciting.

It’s legal in Belgium ( prostitution)

Dare say they pay income tax etc in there earnings

It’s also legal to advertise online and privately. Public adverts are illegal.

And of course there is onlyfans.
