Hey everyone. Quick question for you guys. How important is it for your crews to document damage during tear offs? I've been hearing that a lot of money gets left on the table when hidden damage isn't captured properly before everything gets covered back up. Curious how you all handle that. Do your crews take photos on site or is it more of a mental note kind of thing?

@datarebal That's exactly what we started doing. We built a system where the crew photographs everything during tear-off, tags the damage type and location, and it auto-generates the supplement language with the building code references. Saves us from leaving money on the table every time. Happy to share what's been working if interested.
