I have a bit of a strange issue regarding a Texecom WiFi smartcom unit.
I have recently upgraded an old Risco hardwired system for a Texecom premier elite 24, I have also fitted a Texecom WiFi smartcom.
I believe all of the config to be correct, and firmware version etc are all up to date.
I have an installer account with one existing site already setup which worked fine.
When I generate the app code using the Texecom keypad, and submit the code on the Texecom connect app… I get a confirmation saying that “a new panel has been registered”
But when I view my sites it does not appear.
I have tried it multiple times to no avail and I’m stumped at this point.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
