I recently saw a young chap arrested outside a petrol station for shoplifting, I was amazed at the series of questions the cops asked about his mental and physical welfare and whether he was on any prescription or “ non prescription “ drugs or medication.. Quite a contrast to the current case.Agree.
Having now seen the video, possibly the officers though it was just another case of "I don't feel well, I've been stabbed" to get away.
In any case, the female officer administered first aid almost immediately.
What I don't understand is why they didn't assess his wellbeing immediately: that's something officers do as standard procedure.
