Not quite as good as San sebastian, but not a bad cut of beef.
 
Pasta mash-up as we call it in our house. Flash fried red and yellow peppers, onions, garlic, mushrooms, broccoli, courgettes and some frying chorizo. Boil up some fusilli pasta, add a splash of red pesto. Mix it all up, job done.
