
We've tried adjusting that but just can't get it to work properly. I've now got one of those flow rate cups so we can set it a bit more accurately
Reset the thermal cutouts and it doesn't seem to be that. We can adjust the flow so that it heats the water but it keeps going upt to 72 degrees whereupon it cuts out. My nephew tonight got it to work with the kitchen tap but it's coming out scalding hot.
He's been on the phone to them, so could be temp sensors, flow sensor, heating element scale build up, main PCB fault, triac board fault, etc. They gave him the number of an engineer in our area.
