Can be enough as EVSEs have load management to prevent overloading the supply.
Provided of course that there are no silly things like electric boilers or electric showers shoved in on the same 60A fuse.
Get that awful electric boiler pulled out and put a heat pump in instead if you can, will knock around 70% off his heating bills and be more attractive to future buyers. Plus you get £7500 grant money towards doing it!
Yeah it's a stupid oddity of the system where they don't care about high draw electric boilers but get panicky over heat pumps which draw far less. There's work going on on this at the moment and essentially it's becoming very clear that they just don't understand how heat pumps work
