Need to have a new boiler installed and am trying to decide whether I should go for gas or electric. I have a terraced house (3 bed)with 8 rads and am currently using 13.8KWh electric and 13.6KWh gas per day(according to last bill). The question is, does the initial cheaper cost of an electric boiler out weigh the long term running costs, or do we go for a newer gas boiler?
Has anyone one had the same dilema and what did you decide?
