Hi Woody, can you help please. My BCO has said my annex extension is now classed as a utility room from a porch on the plans. It is a porch but due to a small kitchen, it houses the washer and dryer, no sink and the boiler is in there. They have told me I have to change my plans and drawings, I now need an extractor fan.

Can i create 9m opening in the rear external wall of the property. The wall thickness is 215mm solid brick. Which option do you suggest, goal post frame or picture frame ?
