Hi, Is there anything in the regs that prohibits the use of T&E to distribute 12VDC? I plan on using a central power supply for a set of LED lighting and would rather use T&E than buy a different cable type. The distances are short so voltage drop shouldn't be a problem. Cheers,

I assumed heave as it's clay soil but also the crack is wider at the top...so I was thinking the 'middle' was getting pushed up. If it is thermal/moisture cracking then would it be wider at the top?

It'll give accurate surface temperatures allowing you to set the bar for whatever improvements you want.

You could hire a thermal imaging IR thermometer....it'll give you a guide as to how much heat is being lost but much more useful is also where.

It's not like that though...they explain before hand what they want to see so the EIC isn't really an issue, and with unlimited (at least for my LABC) site visits it's far easier to get them out when you've fixed a single cable to then talk over what you're doing. I did the same for my flar...

I did a similar job recently and used chemical fixings with M12 studs.

Rigifix might also be worth looking into. Expensive, but cheaper than a replaster.
