    Measure the diameter of your bath waste and the washer needs to fit inside the trap but seal against that waste fitting.

    Just drill a 110mm hole and seal any gap with foam or whatever depending on the hole size. You don't need to sleeve it although a slightly bigger hole and foam will do that.

    As above,but i prefer a wet finger as my tool.You could use masking tape as well as a your finger,but realy no need. 25 years ago whilst on pricework i was getting £10 to silicone a bath.......£300 an hour. Unfortunately i was only doing one every day.

    You probably need a new tap but for £3 odd on ebay i would remove the rubber from the bottom of that cartridge and replace the triangular/cross shaped parts in this photo (or all parts)..They are on ebay.Check yours first and see if they look the same.
