I have just removed the mechanism and on the gearbox it says 35/92 and there is a label with the part number 1032127 RH. I have looked online and can't find this part anywhere, so does anyone know what I can use instead?

Hi All, When you push the handle down on our front door the handle doesn't spring back to the normal position. I don't know if the mechanism can be fixed or needs replacing. It says Wink Haus on the metal strip and 92. Is there any more information I would need to order a new one? Thanks All

Hi all, On my rothenberger superfire 2 the grub screw that you need to remove to replace the piezo has seized in place. I've tried wd40, various Allen keys and torx bits etc but this grub screw won't move. Any one else had this problem and managed to get this screw out?

The rest of the panels are showing no signs of rot it's just at the corners. That's why I was thinking of repair rather than replace.

On a lot of my dads fence panels the top corners have rotted as you can see in the image below. What is the best solution to this, splice a new piece in or replace the whole cross member? Obviously will replace the cap peice.

I'm not a roofer but isn't that what it's supposed to do as it always fitted under the batten and membrane and then has to come up and over the fascia.

Why didn't you make the new fascia the same height as the old one?
