Thanks for your replies. Tank is 465 litres. I use a titanium heater. They are solid and are only a heater. The Thermostat is separate (Inkbird) where you set high and low max temperatures. It’s connected to Wi-Fi and will alert me if heater was to fail directly to my phone.

The plan is to install a new alarm panel. I just wanted to make sure it flashes as normal and not differently as would look odd if it didn’t flash as ADT boxes are supposed to since it’s ADT boxes on the wall.

Thankyou. That is what I thought as when connected to just a battery it flashes in normal comfort mode. Good to know the panel only sends power.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread. I was just wondering….Is it the alarm panel that dictates how the LEDs in the bell box flash or are they set to flash in a particular way on the box itself? Or is the panel just supplying power? I don’t want them to flash differently to how they should be on...

Thanks. I’ve checked and it is A box with sounder, LEDs and circuit board. It then has connections where you can wire up. Would any alarm panel work?

I’ve got two ADT bell boxes on my house. I’d like to power them as there is no longer a panel in the house. What panel would you recommend that’s easy to hook up and will also power the siren and LEDs of the box. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. The plan is to remove them completely as I have no use for them. Is there any way I could replace those fuse spur units with a socket to create an additional socket in the kitchen then it would atleast put it to some use? Thanks again.
