Nothing too drastic.. Used the hex option above, wd'd, hammered in a slowly worked it out :)

The red is just staining. The grub has already been drilled some so appear circular on the photo rather than hex..

Thanks, I did begin to drill it out but stopped as I didn't want to damage the internal thread. I do have some of these...

Thank you mate! Would I actually dig the old out, cut a V channel? Any particular silicone you would recommend? Try and do a neater job, smooth it out and no need for any trim? Sorry for the Q's just a little unsure on this and want to get it right and looking good. Cheers!

Thanks guys is this the same product, spot outdoors? If so I have used it before on some painted brickwork outdoors and it melted through when painted over. Just wanted to check as I'm a little reluctant to use again and have the same issue. Thanks.
