Can someone please help identify this grub screw type?

So start with 1/4" UNC. Knowing the age of the machine will help.
For speed, you don't need to order a grubscrew, any screw will suffice to check it fits.
If it doesn't, you can compare it to see how close it is, which will narrow down your search.
A precision measuring device will help.
It is rather difficult to count tpi on such a short screw.
