    Hidden pipe radiator.

That's how it's done in new builds but the pipe is only 10mm I think. Personally think the way the pipe enters the valves looks a dogs dinner but it's your choice.

    Hidden pipe radiator.

Yes you can, lots of new builds use push fit pipe in this way. Run your pipe and pressurise it before boarding over if you can to test for leaks. I'd personally finish it with copper coming out of the wall for a neater finish.

Leaking water inlet pipe - new dishwasher

Are you sure the washer in that pipe fitting was a) in place b) in good order. If it's been fitted to a different valve it may be crushed or deformed to fit that valve.

Hinge repair plates for screw holes wider than 48mm

Why not fit two plates to each area. The bottom hole of one plate does the top and top hole of the other does the bottom. You can then space them exactly where you want them.

If it's a "smart" bulb is it simple?

Smart appliances being abandoned by manufacturers

Imo a lot of the so called "smart" products are purely to sell items, everything is smart these days for the sake of it. Smart door locks for example are expensive and pointless for me, you have to get your phone out to unlock a door! My washing machine has a smart feature where through an app...

    Laminate floor for bathroom

I wouldn't trust any "waterproof" laminate in a bathroom. As soon as it's cut you have a weak point. I've seen many so called waterproof laminates in bathrooms that have blown

Thoughts on this? Electric heated towel rail behind door

Looks like door is open wide enough for easy access and egress. Also toilet roll holder signifies that toilet is in close proximity to edge of door. If you moved further along wall would you be touching it when the toilet is used?

    Bath shower connectors

Having re-read your post are you only wanting to replace the rubber washers behind the fixing nut of the mixer bar? If so then you should be ok. If it's z bolts you may find they turn slightly but you won't know until you try. If just mixer bar washers, then it should be water off, undo mixer...

    Bath shower connectors

Water off, undo nuts, unscrew plastic cone covers. You'll either have wall plates or z bolts beneath

    Volt mod

My father who has been suckered in the past by scams sent me a link to this asking if it was worth the cost. Guess he's never going to learn.

    Please recommend a sealant

The sink should have been fitted with a seal, in lieu of that and good bead of clear silicone does the job perfectly.

Different coloured Silicone round bath and down corner walls ??

    That looks very unsightly

    Shower screen leak, my mistake?

There's always a tiny gap on the folding screens. Always where the seal meets the pivot point.

    Toilet waste pipe sealant

Most modern cisterns have a warning on installation instructions saying nothing but water in the cistern as the seals will be damaged.

Splitting a double room into two, can this work?

I'm not up on the regs either tbh but I'd bet money that you're right.
