    Cheers for the replies. Folks - they've calmed down a bit now it's gone colder but still getting 4 or so there per day. I'll try to get some close up shots in case they can be identified.

    I'm sure they're nesting somewhere in or near my bathroom window and perhaps getting in through a crack. Alternatively could be via the drainage.

    I agree - however, there is a hole there and this was the set up of the previous occupants so for the time being we may adopt it too if safe. Ideally would like to have a socket located behind the TV in future though.
