Hello, well with my son holding the spanner and me with the key and jug we managed to bleed off the two noisy rads but alas they were only quiet for a few hours. With one of them we could not hear anything abd just had water coming out - any ideas on that? Maybe we should do it for much longer...

Hello, When i turn the Key the whole lot turns (metal part and the white section).but nothing happens. In the Bathroom I am able to bleed the rad and the metal back part remains still.

Hello, I have a wet room . Can someone offer an explanation to this? When the shower is operated you can see the warer coming out of the pipe and into the drain outside so.how and why is this section retaining water? I would expect to see it empty? Thanks

My Buyers Surveyor wants two downpipes (surface water) to go past the Gully grids and further into the Drain. Question is how to get the gully grids to fit after? Should I buy plastic ones and cut them to fit round the pipe? Thanks

Thanks solved! Seems the surface water is not going where it should which is why he said "wrongly discharging". Its the way the sewage company have routed it.

Regrettably I have no idea but there are two manholes in the garden !

Thank you for your reply. I have always thought they were surface water drains and however the set up is now, it was built this way, no changes to drains have ever been made to my knowledge.

Hello, On a survey recently conducted on my property (for my buyer), the Surveyor has put that the two downpipes are wrongly discharging? From the picture attached I can only say that this is how they both look/are, going into the drain. Can anyone tell me what he is on about please?
