Company folded but is original guarantee still valid?

Hello, Not sure where on this site to post this but hopefully it will reach the right eyes!. My question is; would the guarantee for a new build holiday home still be valid if the Company who did the Build have folded? Many thanks for any help

Read the guarantee and see what it says.

It may be backed by a third party.

It probably has exclusion clauses to avoid responsibility for anything that could possibly go wrong.
