    Woke up today to no hot water that’s when I realised there’s an issue. I’m a gas engineer first thing I did was to check the boiler side and there was no power. Rcd had tripped. After a few hours again it’s done it and now again after 4 hours it’s done jt again. I can’t for the life of me...

    If you zoom in you can see that it has something sticking out. Looks like your right best bet to cut them and screw it on. I’m not sure exactly but looks like it has something on the sides

    When it’s straight you can’t screw the nut it will hit the corner ever so slightly. I think I made a mistake in my reply to you. I meant the nut not the stem my apologies
