Hiya, My boiler roof leaks I and decides to DIY. I found that the insulation looks like a compact hay which I've never seen before. Is there any reason this insulation is made of such (as image).

Hiya, I bought a garden tap kit from toolstaiton, and it comes with this (pic below). So, does any one knows what the purpose of this looks like isolation valve for? Or it's not an isolation? Could i just by pass it? Thanks!

Hiya, I need to put a stop cap/end on one of this old elbows. What I would like to know is by looking at the picture, does anyone one knows if I could get a stop cap with this kind of old elbow? Btw the pipe size is 15mm. Cheers!
