Thanks for the advice. I have looked at epdm but have seen issues with it lifting. Would putting an osb deck on the rafters cause a problem if it is a 'cold roof' with the insulation in the rafters? Definitely avoid the tile sheets?

That's the concern! Whether to spend money and throw parts at it. We have an older used mira which we're checking the part number on the flow valve. It's one of the older ones with the memory settings.

Yes the new fans come with the back plate seal and got 2 new outlet seals as they can dry up, just astounded at the quality between the 2 fans, im wondering if 2 points of location would also be adding to the noise through the cavity wall. Both are Suprima 40 models too.
