Mira advance thermostatic cutting out after a few seconds

Hi folks, we have a 2014 Mira Thermostatic advance shower.

Once turned on, it will stay on for a couple of seconds, then low pressure and service lights both illuminate and stay on. It will then shut down. Is the fault likely to be the flow assembly? My father said the filters are clean on the inlet.

Coud be. Could also be the pcb.

That's the concern! Whether to spend money and throw parts at it. We have an older used mira which we're checking the part number on the flow valve. It's one of the older ones with the memory settings.

Nothing to lose I guess

At those prices I think I would rather invest in a new shower ,rather than spend that kind of money on a shower that's several years old.

Success! The flow valve assembly from the old shower was fitted and now all working again. Cheers folks
