Mira Advance ATL Thermostatic shower reset problems

Hi, i have a Mira Advance ATL Thermostatic shower, when i try to do a reset ,the reset will only work when the shower is set to 1 (cold) . Once i try to turn the dial past 1 the blue power button on the unit flashes and the shower stops. When i do the reset on 1 it will allow me to press the the flow button to high and it will still work until i turn off/turn the dial over 1.
If i try to do the reset on the highest setting hot it comes on for a couple of seconds then cuts out straight away.

No warning lights light up (water supply or reset)

The unit is 7 years old .

Hi, having exactly the same issue with an old unit. Have you solved it?
It can last about 5 mins for normal warm water but cuts off. When set to 1 the water flow is fine but cant turn the dial. If commission with pressing both buttons, a beep is heard then release the power button, the high light will come one and instant stops the water like it was about to come out but stops immediately. then sometimes it works ok for 5 mins but sometimes it just won't start. Need to switch off for a while and switch back on. Hope you solved it without buying a new one?
