I'm hoping to replace the brake shoes on my wife's Corsa-C tomorrow. I need to get a socket to undo the hub nuts, but I don't know what size. She has the car at work all day so I can't check until tomorrow. Does anybody know what size socket I need? Cheers

I am about to put a new sump on a '95 1.2 Corsa. The one on it has corroded and is leaking. I have the new one and a gasket. Will the gasket be ok on its own, or should I also use some sort of sealant? Any advice or tips on this job will be gratefully recieved. Cheers

As it's a good idea to flush out CH systems and put additives such as Fernox in, is it possible to do it with closed systems used with some combi boilers?

It's a built in timer. The boiler is a combi, all controls are on the front panel. A timer, and timer on/off switch, a switch for summer/winter (basically CH on/off), a heating temp control knob, a hot water temp control knob, and a gauge showing water temp & pressure.

The counter balance seems secure enough, and the bearing & motor seem ok. I'll try to check if there is anything between the drums. How much should the drum be able to move on it's suspension?

Just had a quick look. Think I've found the correct terminal block. However there is no straight link. The block has 5 terminals. The first 2 are live & neutral 240 Volts which go into a connector on the PCB. The next is an earth. The next 2 terminals are what I'm after but they don't look...
