Hello,
The house I moved into has an "integrated" washer dryer. It has no brand name badge, and the user manual has no brand name, only the code "APM 8720".
It is noisy during spin and dances about. I have tried levelling etc. I opened it up to see if a suspension spring had gone, to find the drum held up with what I'd describe as shock absorbers. Could these be worn, if so how do I check, and can I get replacements easily?
Cheers

"shock absorbers" is the word intergrated appliance always are a pain to dio much with, but i doubt if it is these, may be something in between the two drums, loose conter balance weight, or bearings, motor.

The counter balance seems secure enough, and the bearing & motor seem ok.
I'll try to check if there is anything between the drums.
How much should the drum be able to move on it's suspension?
