    With the spirit level I have levelled up the closet bowl with cardboard and I find on one side I needed 5mm and at both ends required 2.5mm. How wide should I make the wedge and do I need to space them round the bowl. Is the silicone to hold the wedges in place ?

    The point I didn't mention about the brackets that they have slots 2.5cm long so it looks as though the screw is hardly likely to hold and you cannot get at one of the screws when the bath is in its place.

    I have got to cut some 15mm and 22mm copper pipes which are close to the wall also a little difficult to get at and I was thinking of getting two Kopex slicers which I would just be assemble to the pipes ok but then how do you turn them round ?
