Best way to wire 6mm cable for induction hob and oven in different location

Hi all, I have an oven and induction hob that are about 2 meters apart. I have a 6mm cable supply on a 32amp mcb. What is the best way to wire up both oven and hob on the same 6mm cable? Getting a fitting for 6mm cable that will allow me to split it for both seems to be a problem.

Horizontal boiler flue on a pitched roof

Hi, If boiler is in the loft is it possible to have the flue exiting horizontally. Or does it then need to have an elbow attached to make it vertical? All the tile roof seals I have seen are for vertical flues. Cheers.

Can UFH zone value be near boiler or needs to be near manifold?

Thanks Dan. Ive already bought a standard honeywell 2 port valve. Will it not work with this? If the 2 port value is in the loft where the boiler is and the ufh manifold is on the ground floor is it permissible to extend the zone value cable via a junction box to the manifold where its wiring...

Putting insulation on top of wooden boards on solid concrete floor

They are about 3 inches deep and have been set into the concrete. And yes the timber boards on top are flush with the concrete. They have been nailed/screwed through to the sunk in wooden joists.

Putting insulation on top of wooden boards on solid concrete floor

Thanks chaps. Theres no DPM beneath the existing slab. I don't think I'll take the risk! The wet underfloor heating and screeding is a costly job so not going to risk there being problems in the future and having to rip the whole thing up. Cheers.

Wiring Heatmiser wiring centre to Vaillant 630

Thanks. It's an S Plan plus system. 3 zone values. Upstairs heating, DHW and UFH (for which zone value is yet to be added). There is one wire from RT 230v, going to the megaflow junction box. The DHW and UFH have orange wire connected to this. So assuming this is the switched live. Is this...

Boss trap into 4" soil pipe - Can it be buried in concrete?

Hi, Am doing a wet room. Soil pipe for toilet has been run. I'm planning on connecting the shower and basin waste to this pipe using a boss strap fitting. Is it OK to bury the boss trap connections once they have been made? Will this be ok with BC? Thanks.
