jj4091, I reckon that cartridges for your C62 do not have chips in them, I think carts. all later Epson printers do, and seem prone to trouble. They may also tell you the ink is about to run out, when its still half-full. Also, if one colour has run out, they dont print at all. Really useful...

Solved, eventually, by trial and error! It appears, that only newly-entered numbers to this phone can be allocated to Groups on this Samsung, not those from the SIM I had previously used. Obvious, when I think about it.

Peter N, thanks for reply, I did wonder if a diesel may be the way to go, despite me not liking them! Best to change my views I reckon. The diesel range is from 1.6 to 2.0, I shall try to get a test-drive in a 1.6, will report back.
