Just had a customer ring stating that their cxi 30 is leaking. From what I can gather off them it's coming from the little spout on the reduced pressure zone valve. Is this a common fault? Are they prone to leaking?

X400 is mearly a 'suspention agent' not an aggresive cleaner. Better than nothing, just.

Does the pump continue to run after the boiler has shut down? If not then maybe a problem with pump over run. (This dissipates heat from boiler when shut down)

Common problem with the 240 and 280 Alphas. It's usually the hot water sensor but sometimes the primary one.
