Some additional information. The window will close and close and lock on the 'night lock' position but not the position that closes it tight.

Hi all, I've got a problem with a double glazed window, it simply won't lock. Looks like there is a gap on the same edge as the handle, as though the window isn't fully closing into the frame. The handle does fully turn when the window is open. Any ideas what may need adjusting?

Haven't really got the option to run a new dedicated circuit to be honest. The 'cooker point' they refer to is a fused socket according to the customer service person I just spoke to. Don't understand why you'd want the socket fused as well as the plug?
