hmm... i used the incorrect word in "apply. Could i technically build rear and side ext (see attached) under permitted. And then remove the wall between the 2?

Had a brief discussion with PO. Have been told that for permitted Dev i could apply for a side and rear however i will be required to keep a gap in between?! So i guess that option is out the window. Ahead with full planning ….
