Is the by pass radiator the one with the lock shields both sides? If so it's the one in my hallway which is about 3ft x 3ft...slightly bigger than a tea tray...hope this helps

sounds like either too much 'white tape stuff' or the thread has been damaged...it's easy to do as they are shyte! Suprised there is no washer tho :?
