Hi, thank you all for your replies. I was putting away the extra tiles packs from the refub (6 new packs), that have been sitting in the garden covered. Some of these packs got wet and dirty. I decided to have a closer look and to my surprise, these tiles also have this strange pattern on them...

Hi, I had my bathroom refurb done including new tiles. Once the bathroom was complete we did not clean the tiles as there was other work happening in the house. We have just got around to cleaning the white tiles, but there are so many marks still visible on the tiles and it looks like trovel...

I'm sure I'm doing it right. I press the first button with the line in the bottom left-hand corner then the button with the line in the bottom right-hand corner, but nothing happen. The temperature just flashes. There are no options. Have a look at my vid!

Hi sorry for not getting back. So I've tried what The Novice suggested from the manual and even looked at YouTube vids going through the process on turning comfort mode on and off, but I do not get any options for comfort mode. I'm going mad :mad:. Do all Vaillant 838 boilers have this option...

Hi, Thanks for your replies. I tried to turn it all the way up and then down but it made no difference. My boiler does have 4 buttons and I tired the top left twice and it took me to the temp setting. I did not see a C or have any other option. This is all I see.

Sorry not too technical. I see Blue/Orange and Brown for circuit 6? Is that right? , but they were not wired to the sensor. I only had black/red yellow and blue. So confused.
