Before I update the firmware i read that it says "It is HIGHLY recommended that you use Wintex UDL to upload and save all control panel data BEFORE flashing the control panel" Is that basically saying receive ALL data and save, then after updating firmware send that data back to the controller...

Did you need to re link any of the sensors after updating firmware or was your controller already version 4?

In my case i just never Confirmed devices so I could not get to the menu. now ok though thanks @secureiam Can you only have one tag per user?

So I want to add some prox tags to my premier elite. However i can not find using the keypad anywhere that allows me to add a user/prox tag. I see change code only Nothing as shown here

Actually it is a jumper for commision mode, do i need to move this? Obviously not,used i think for pairing devices.

I recall last time moving a switch?? So just open lid, connect to the com port on alarm pcb then connect usb to pc and open wintex?

Hi, I have totally forgotten and for some reason can't find a video of what i need to do to connect the JAC-0001 to panel. I seem to recall i need to switch something on board (switch) to service? then connect cable and then use the wintex

@mattice I am looking at this, with the app can you actually arm or dis arm the system remotely and what did you use to flash the firmware? (Flash Interface PCB?)
