Aviva tell me I must use their own engineers (ADR) for a repair to my 08 Passat. I want to use a body shop that I know and trust but the insurance company say I am not allowed! Is this true? I am sure ADR are ok but as it is my car I would prefer to use a repairer that I have used...

Need a bit of advice on connecting up to this old soil pipe connection. Existing connection is approx 35mm copper and will connect a small basin and shower only. Is it possible to connect direct to copper under floor inside so as not to disturb the soil stack?
