Is there anything they can do without wrecking the tiling , tanking etc plus I purchased the Bristan Cobalt Recessed Thermostatic Dual Control Shower Valve so I presume its all my cost :cry:

sorry I have just checked and there is a thermostat on the cylinder its set to 60 degrees ( never realised it was there ) is that too hot

Sorry, I have a tank which the boiler heats, no thermostat on the cylinder. According to the manual there should be a tap sign on the lcd but only have rad sign

it was set to 18.5 degrees temp was about 17.9 but the schedule should have been 17 Thanks

I have a Hive set up at home and has been working ok but now and again when the shedule is set to 17 degrees I have noticed the room hot and when checking its set to 18.5 degrees Anybody any ideas why please.
