To flush or not to flush

Thanks for the reply. In step 2, is it OK to just have the Sentinel X400 cleaner in the system without any inhibitor for 2 or 3 weeks or should that be added as well?

    TV Signal

I remember the guy that fitted the aerial said the signal was too strong and had to point the aerial slightly away from the transmitter which I can see from my roof, not sure if this was right but it's be up for about 15 years.

    TV Signal

It's a distribution amplifier, with separate outlets for each cable for each TV. Could the weak signal be because of a cheap aerial cable(brought from argos)

    found this under floorboards

Yes it would be inaccessible, the wago 221 series would seem a good idea, I've seen the Wagobox XL 115x135x55. Anyone have any experience with these, any draw backs?

Yes I wired it in wrong, one of the reds is in the wrong place and the sitting room lights don't work I'll have to try and find which red it is, is there an easy way to check other than trail and error? I have a multimeter. The black was not attached and just loose so I didn't put it back...

    found this under floorboards

Hi, I found this (Pic 1) under my son's floorboards so I thought I'd tidy it up and put it into a connecting box (Pic2). As there are a lot of cables it was quite tight, is there a better way to do this? The cables are 1.5 T&E for the lighting. Thanks
