Here is an awful rough sketch of what I propose lol https://i.imgur.com/tisk9Vv.jpg

Hi mate, do you remember this thread? https://www.diynot.com/diy/threads/need-a-feed-for-outside-tap.465578/page-2#post-3715005
I've decided to get round to it and wonder if I may ask another piece of advice?
Here’s an image of the pipe work under the sink. https://i.imgur.com/bNJhd87.jpg...
Cheers mate. One last thing that has sprung to mind. The blue and red pipes are for the washing machine and dishwasher but what prevents the backflow of water as there are no check valves used?
I’d looked at that but was thrown when it said in description:

Universal Tap Connector with Adjustable frame For most of Taps With Square end
My tap has a round end. Guess it’s worth a punt all the same.
Apologies. Just the stand hose connection. Hozelock Hose end connector (12.5mm & 15mm) https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B000TAUEMA/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_.5nmBb04G6SWD
Been looking online and reading mixed reviews on various connectors and am wondering has anyone got a tap like this and found a connector that works?
Thanks in advance
Just for future reference should anyone encounter this problem. Matt can be painted over Soft Sheen without any unnecessary prep work. Both paints are water based and thus compatible with each other. The difference is that the Soft Sheen has a bit more “vinyl” added to it to make slightly more...
Hey guys,
Between a mixture of stupidity and not paying attention I touched up my mum’s sitting room with a soft sheen instead of the Matt. It dawned on me quite quickly and thankfully I didn’t continue.
Can a waterbased white undercoat be used to save sanding? Don’t want her stuff converted...
Hey guys,
Removed one of those internal door closing chain devices and it's left a 125mmx25mm indentation on both the frame and the door where it once resided. I could pack the holes and fill them but wondering if there maybe is a plate of something I can get to cover them?
I'd love to but I have no ladders to reach up and replace the lot. I can literally only reach out the window and get a hand on that elbow.
I'll dig out my superman costume and see how the flying skills are though
Thanks again mate.
I'm gonna ask you to go the extra mile for me and see if you can link me to the appropriate pipe that I need on screwfix or B&Q if you don't mind? I've been looking and all I can see are the solvent weld compatible ones.
Basin. The trap is 32mm. I had originally been trying to connect a coupler to the 1 1/4" waste pipe then the trap to it. It then dawned on me that that coupler wasn't fitting because it isn't designed to be connected straight to pipe in that way l, as was said earlier.
