    DT8M Wireless PIR Problem

I have just left them covered for 30 minutes and yes when uncovered both that i covered have triggered the alarm showing the 2 zones and 'intruder' but the LEDs don't show up on motion? Is there a minimum time the system has to be set for before the wireless PIRs will cause an 'intruder' signal?

    G2-12 Battery Issue

If it was blown wouldn't this cause further issues or be permanent as it clears itself after a moment.

    Galaxy Peripherals

Ta! I'm guessing for normal domestic install a power rio wouldn't be necessary although if say have a 50 zone flex with say 10 pirs this would still be under the main panels power capacity.

    Galaxy Peripherals

Thanks I thought that might be the case. I just think logically that if the keypad is connected to a rio and the rio fails the whole system will be down but if keypad wired back to panel the rio can fail and keypad still work. so my plan would be to have main panel in loft, belden cable between...

    Galaxy Peripherals

Is that the only supported configurations a single daisy chain or panel being in the middle. How many lines out can I run from the panel. Just not always possible to locate items as part of the chain and always better to have keypad direct to the panel rather than a rio so that if the rio fails...
