    I would sit down and have a stiff drink before you read your quote, I work for a DNO and it amazes me how much any works carried out by them costs, as has been said get any details of work you can carry out yourself, such as the excavations.

    Have you learned chaps got any good advice for banishing mice from the house?.......obviousley traps are a good starting point. would mice climb the insides of a cavity wall, we have found evidence upstairs and down, so apart from the stairs themselves could they be climbing in the cavity.
