My boiler has just the one control for the output temperature. I think the idea is that a high boiler water temperature isn't needed just to heat the domestic water in the cylinder. Heating off now, hopefully until October.

JohnW2... surely your immersion heater will cut off when the required temperature is reached, so it should only be on for an hour or so at most. It shouldn't account for a third of your usage, should it?

Problem solved. My installer had set it up to arm individual zones with a combination of keys that avoids the master code.

I have the V11. I can arm individual zones via the app but I can't if I use the keypad. So if I want to set the perimeter (zone C) I understand that after entering my code I should be given the option to choose which zone to arm. Mine just goes to 'arming full set'.
