    Thanks will check tomorrow. have seen on the Texe forum that BT routers can be an issue. Strange thing is that I have the same BT router with default settings, inc. smart setup, and all works fine. The only difference is that I use wifi and she uses a wired connection only.

    The jumper in the wireless bell on my Premier Elite 64 is set to 15mins. Within Wintex Global options there is an option to change this. If the duration is changed within Wintex, but not the jumper, will the duration change from 15 mins without changing the jumper, Thanks Dave

    Just to add to this thread. Had to use an older windows laptop rebuilt with Win 10 and had exactly this problem. Found this thread, loaded iCloud, didn't log on, and solved the problem. As has been mentioned, a missing shared file somewhere I guess. Thanks Dave
