    hi guys. I need my cooker taking out, it all ready except for the gas but I don’t know if it’s a push fit or not. Looks like it is but doesn’t seem to move. Obviously I don’t want to force it so can anyone tell from the photo and will it require a gas fitter. Thanks

    Hi We had a leak which has been found and repaired, unfortunately it has left a brown stain on the kitchen ceiling, tried painting it 3 times but it still shows through. Any info on the best way to tackle this ? Ceiling has been papered and painted with Matt white. Thanks

    The light says it doesn't need an earth, instructions say join the 2 earths together to make the continuity but as in my photo there is only 1 earth coming out of the wall. Has this light been wired wrong ?, if not do I just leave the earth in a block like it is now. Thanks

    Cheers, we have had 2 so called heating engineers out last year, one said he had no idea why it wasn't working properly the other said it was electrical and spent hours doing something with the wiring which we thought had fixed it but obviously not. :(

    When we turn thermostadt up heating comes on but when we lower the thermostadt even to 0 the heating stays on, even if we turn the timer off. Only way to reset it is to go to the boiler and turn it off and then back on, that's fine until we higher the heating again then the same thing happens...
