    One last question, if I decided to line the wall instead could I still need to seal the walls first and if so with what kind of product? I'm guessing I will have to as I wouldn't want wall paper stuck directly onto plasterboard and bits of damaged plasterboard.

    Types of paint to use after using easi-fill

    Thanks Zampa, I would say it's about 50% easi-fill and 50% old paint. Will just do as originally planned and do mist coat with my vinyl matt finishing paint instead of using a special primer then another normal 2 coats.
