You got to find the leak, not always the easiest to do. Remove the sides and look inside the base, check around the circulation pump and seal for crusty looking deposits, see if there is an obvious start point to the staining in the base.

Does the drain pump run when you first switch it on and before the machine fills. Is the waste pipe clear of debris. Listen for the drain pump or put some water in the machine and see if it comes out of the waste pipe.

Its probably not the best method but that is how nearly all domestic dishwashers are wired up. I have repaired 1 with this fault in the last 3 1/2 years and that was an integrated Hoover D/W.

Have you done a reset to start with. Does the drain pump operate for a short time on initial switch on Drain pump goes off and it should fill for a short while (sometimes stops and starts as it gets to the right level). Circulation pump should then operate.

I assume you mean the rubber piece on the end of the waste pipe where it fits over the spigot on the pump is leaking? Check the pipe is fully over the spigot and the clamp is fully down and not just catching the end of the spigot. If you mean the sump hose then it can be a pain to seat it...

Fernox LX which is a silicon sealant designed to fix leaks in pipes could help. Its can be used on hot and cold water systems. Smells a bit till cured and is a pain to get off fingers but we use it on small holes in tubs, poor seals etc.
