The gap above the window is 30mm from the metal lintel to the base of the other plaster. How can I fix plaster board to this metal lintel ? note is a bungalow so guess that's why the lintel looks slim :)

There was a batten around bath and then along the side wall for tiling on. When this is is removed what is the best way to tile below it on the side wall which goes all the way to the bottom of the floor. The floor will be tiled eventually.
