    Damn hot

    Hi, I recently had some fireplaces plastered and woodburners installed, but I am finding now that the plaster behind the woodburners is cracking and coming away from the wall, I am guessing that this is something to do with the heat from the fires, but is there anything I can do? Thanks

    Copper push fit fittings

    I have got to move some bathroom pipes around, and assumed I would have to use the solder ring fittings, but saw some push fittings, and as I haven't done this before, thought it was the easiest way of getting the job done. Are they any good?

    Toilet waste pipe

    I need to move a toilet 6 inches to the left, and best thing to do with the waste pipe seems to cut it back to the wall, as it sticks out about 8 inches, then use one of those bendy waste pipe connectors.
