I have a combi boiler with the heating off but when I run some direct hot water a little hot water sometimes goes through to the first radiator (on the ground floor - directly below the boiler on the first floor) and leaves it a little warm at the top. Any ideas why? Cheers!

Just thought it might be a joke... sems a bit drastic to dig up part of driveway. Have since found a £10 EPDM pond liner at local garden centre and lined the man hole so it's fully tanked with no seams. Cheers.

Hi Andy, I know the operation for installing it but the opening on the basin is about 36mm which means that the tap only just overlaps the edges of it. Are there any ways to get around this?
